I am a final year jewellery and silversmithing student at Edinburgh College of Art/the University of Edinburgh.

I start my creative process with loose observational drawings of everyday surroundings. I am particularly interested in organic forms and linear textures. By applying traditional and contemporary enamelling techniques I transform my illustrations into jewellery pieces. Transparent enamel hides engraved patterns, while opaque colours give playfulness to the jewellery. Unique shapes and colours evoke peoples’ imagination. I am intrigued by the audiences personal perspective, urging them to use their imagination and relate their own story to the individual abstract shapes created in my jewellery pieces.
